SMS Campaigns And Automations with Images Not Sending as expected.
Resolved - We’ve implemented a fix to sms campaigns and sms automations and confirmed all sms marketing is working as expected – including sms messages with gif/jpg/png attached. All systems are operational.

Resolved - On Monday, October 20th, 2025, Olo Engage experienced a partial disruption to services, starting at 06:47 UTC. This generally affected all of Olo Engage. The impacts were widespread but the system has since recovered starting around 10:39 UTC.
