We will be performing the second of our planned maintenance upgrades to enhance database performance and resiliency:

First maintenance window: Tuesday 5/13 12:30AM - 10:30AM ET (Complete)
Second maintenance window: Tuesday 5/20 12:30AM - 10:30AM ET

During this window, some Guest Data Profile event data—including orders, rewards, and related activities—will be delayed. As a result, marketing automations and computed properties dependent on these events will not trigger until the upgrades are complete and data processing resumes. Email campaigns will send as scheduled but analytics reporting may be delayed. Host product operation will not be affected.
